As of June, 2020, due to COVID-19, The 519 will be hosting Board Committee Meetings virtually until further notice. Please note:

A Special Meeting of the Board was held on June 8, 2020 to approve the by-law amendment to enable remote electronic participation in board committee meetings during an emergency.
The full schedule of upcoming Board Committee Meetings can be found below. Agendas for Board Committee Meetings are posted seven (7) days in advance of the meeting.
All approved agendas of past Board Committee Meetings can be found on this page below.

Information about upcoming meetings will be updated here seven (7) days prior to the scheduled meeting.

If you wish to attend a Board Committee Meeting, please send an email to Secretariat@The519.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled meeting you wish to attend. A registration link with instructions to the meeting will be emailed to you.
