Tai Chi Wednesdays

Bring on some mid-week zen with an hour of Tai Chi, a low impact exercise and ancient Chinese martial art.

Every Wednesday, September 4 to November 27, 9:30 to 10:30 am at The 519 [519 Church St.]

Benefits of Tai Chi include:

  • Reduces stress

Facilitated by Dave S. Surman, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.
