Sew My Mind
Sew My Mind (SMM) is a learning program that combines sewing classes with community knowledge exchange. As participants learn how to sew, they engage in conversations about their lives as newcomers to Canada, exchanging knowledge and reflecting on their journeys.
Community Food Programs
Food is for everyone. The 519 offers community food programs including Sunday Takeaway Meals and a Frozen Meals program.
S&M: Substance Use and Mental Health Support Group
Weekly community peer support group for folks with lived experience with substance use and mental health conditions

Information and activities group serves LGBTQ+ newcomers who are convention refugees or permanent residents residing in Canada for less than 5 years.
