The 519 Health Justice Hub is a one-stop program for 2SLGBTQ+ communities and neighbours looking for booking one-time legal supports, low-barrier access to health services navigation, and social justice educational opportunities.

Services Available:
HEALTH SYSTEM NAVIGATION: 3 to 5:30pm
- Talk to our coordinator about:
- Referrals to primary care
- NOTE: we don’t provide direct referrals for family doctors. We provide information and referrals to accessing primary care.
- Resources and education for finding gender affirming care
- Accessing STI testing and medication referrals
- Referrals to primary care
Local Organization Services and Referrals: 3 to 5pm
Toronto Public Library – Support getting a card and accessing Wi-Fi
Lumenus – counselling and primary care for 2SLGBTQ+ youth aged 16-25
Psymood – low cost therapy referrals
Polycultural – counselling for refugee claimants
Legal Supports and Workshops: 3 to 5:30pm

- 1st Wednesday: Information and intake for Trans ID Clinic
- 2nd Wednesday: Legal settlement support for newcomers

- 4th Wednesday: Advice about tenants’ rights and organizing

Who Is the Health Justice HUB For:
The Health Justice Hub prioritizes underserved 2SLGBTQ+ communities, members of the neighbourhood, and those who do not have a family doctor.
No one will be turned away, but we will prioritize the following communities:
- 1st Wednesday: 2 Spirit, trans, and non-binary communities
- 2nd Wednesday: LGBTQ+ refugees and newcomers
- 3rd Wednesday: 2SLGBTQ+ older adults
- 4th Wednesday: 2SLGBTQ+ folks experiencing homelessness or who are underhoused
