How the day will look like? The class will start with a guided multidisciplinary warm-up drawing from dance, and acrobatics, followed by strengthening and alignment of the body. The previous will prepare you to understand spatial awareness and will support you to throw and land a punch, a kick, and counter incoming offensive movements.

Note: There will be guided hand to hand contact with other participants during the class. Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in.
