The Stardust Sessions program is designed to provide 10 LGBTQ+ newcomers with expressive arts-based therapeutic strategies that promote mental health and well-being. Spanning 6 interconnected sessions, this program takes place in a group setting, fostering collaboration, collective care, and connection. Participants are encouraged to share at their own comfort level.

Who Can Join:

  • You self-identify as a person of colour and LGBTQ+
  • You are a Convention Refugee, Protected Person, or Permanent Resident
  • You are available to attend each of the 6 sessions
  • You have a passion for the arts (e.g., creative writing, music, dance, etc.)
